I noticed the result after the first dose: all joints seemed to be lubricated with oil, such ease appeared in mobility! Makes water taste delicious
I started drinking because it is good for my hair and nails. It hasn't been so long since I started drinking, but the water is very delicious. My nails are getting harder to peel off.

Easier than silica water!
Recently, I was inspected for heavy metals and the aluminum was high, so I bought this to help discharge it. To be honest, I don't really feel that something has changed but I will continue to drink this until the next heavy metal inspection and if the results improve, I will continue.

Excellent Product
I have osteoporosis and silica is good for bone formation, so I bought it. Unlike powders and capsules, it can be easily mixed with drinks and has no change in taste, so I like it. I don't know the effect yet, but I would like to continue.

The water becomes delicious!
Silica seems to improve collagen. I recommend because the water will also be absolutely delicious. However, when it comes to my whole family drinking it, it will soon disappear, so I needed to stock up. I thought the 2oz was more eco-friendly and easier than buying from a plastic bottle.
