Eidon Electrolytes in Glass
We filter our water, but that does take out some or a lot of minerals. So, we take the Electrolytes in glass each day to be sure we are replenished with the correct amount of electrolytes. They're needed to keep our bodies running well and sadly the good minerals get filtered out in order to remove the not so good stuff in our water. Grateful there is a solution!

Good for Keto diet
Two dropper fulls in my water bottle ensure I have my daily dose of electrolytes that might be lost during my diet and workout. The ingredients include Magnesium, one of the common minerals to be deficient in while on the keto diet. The drops are tasteless. My water did not change taste or color. It feels good getting the hydration I need plus the electrolytes I know I must have.
