Eligibility for Returns:

  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products opened or partially used.

  • Clearance, discounted, or promotional items marked as final sale.

  • Gift cards.

    2. Navigate to your order history and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Please note, your financial institution may take additional time to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Exchanges:
