Order Processing and Shipping Times:

  • We ship orders Monday through Thursday.

  • Order cut-off time for same-day shipping on Thursday is 2:00 PM (Pacific Time). Orders received after 2:00 PM on Thursday will ship the following Monday.

  • While we strive to ship all orders on the same day, there may be delays during high-volume periods, such as sales events. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.

Shipping Costs:

  • United States: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $35.

  • Orders under $35 will incur standard shipping charges, calculated at checkout.

  • Canada: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and applicable taxes. These charges will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
