Since this version doesn’t include our precision scale, it's important to collect the full amount as specified in the instructions. Then, complete the health questionnaire and informed consent form included in the PDF, and mail everything to the address provided.

Lab results typically take 3-6 weeks from the time your sample is received by the lab. Once available, your results will be emailed to you. If you're located in the U.S., we’ll also mail you a printed copy.
