The Eidon owner says he would never be without Silica. I understand why after reading one of the books on minerals. It is basically the foundational mineral and I expect it is harder to find in our food these days. So, we always get our Silica each day to be sure all the other minerals work as they should by having the proper foundation.

Silica liquid concentrate
I am very pleased with the change in the condition of my nails, and nothing in my supplement regimen changed, except for adding your liquid silica. They WERE paper-thin, bent forward and backward easily, and were prone to peeling if they got more than an eighth of an inch growth on them. It is very encouraging that they are not falling apart at this point. Any pills or capsules I've tried in the past did not make any difference that i could see. I'll continue using this product. Thank you!
