Yummy Chocolate Bar is Even Yummier!
Okay, I already reviewed this chocolate bar once, but I HAVE to add to my previous review by saying that this is arguably the BEST and most HEALTHY chocolate bar EVER! The fact that it has zero sugars, is fortified with probiotics and mushrooms, plus the deliciousness of dark chocolate! Wow! I ordered a bunch of them, and even though they are pricey, to me they are a worthy splurge. I even chop up a few squares and put them on top of my oatmeal. This has become a non-guilty obsession! Thanks, Eidon, for a nutritious chocolate bar I can feel good about eating!

Yummy Chocolate Bar!
I love these chocolate bars. They are sugar free and taste great. The only negative is the price. They're expensive for the size of the bar. I realize they're packed with goodness, but it's a luxury I can't afford to indulge in regularly, alas.

My new daily energy bar
If I had seen a “zero sugar” chocolate bar on the grocery store shelf, I would not have tried it. However, a friend gave me 2 sample bars of this chocolate so I tried them. Let’s just say that a few days later I realized I could not go without a few pieces of this chocolate each day. I bought 10 bars. When those were finished, I bought another 10. And so the story goes. This chocolate is dark with rich with just the perfect amount of sweetness. I would not know that this bar had any xylitol in it. It picks me up, burns clean, and let’s say that the probiotics seem to be keeping things regular! Love love love! Thank you!

A great balance
I make it a point to try out different chocolate bars from time to time. As a Type 1 Diabetic for 27 years, and on a ketogenic diet for the past 3 years, I'm continually on the search to find chocolate that actually tastes great and doesn't adversely impact my blood sugar. Eidon has struck that balance- I can finally enjoy delicious chocolate without a blood sugar spike, or getting thrown out of my ketogenic stride. Not to mention the mushroom/probiotic blend actually contributes towards greater blood sugar control AND gut health. Thank you team Eidon!

Delicious!
The chocolate was absolutely delicious!! So glad I found a chocolate I can enjoy without feeling like I’m throwing my healthy eating out the window. Very rich in flavor and just overall happy I found an organic chocolate that does more than just satisfy your tastebuds but also adds to your well being!

My kids love it!
My kids have to avoid sugar due to food sensitivities, so you can imagine how happy they were to eat chocolate again! I gave them two squares each, and when they were finished they ran back to me wanting more!

What is Xylitol and where is it sourced from?
Xylitol is a natural sweetener that can be extracted from any woody fibrous plant material. Our Xylitol is sourced from birch trees. Xylitol also occurs naturally in our bodies – in fact, an average size adult manufactures up to 15 grams of xylitol daily during normal metabolism. Pure xylitol is a white crystalline substance that looks and tastes like sugar.
Xylitol has a delicious, sweet taste, and no unpleasant aftertaste! Xylitol has about a third the calories as table sugar, and is a healthy alternative for diabetics. Not only does it make an excellent sugar substitute, but it aids in the prevention of dental cavities, and reduces plaque formation.
What is Peruvian Pink Salt?
Our salt is hand harvested high in the Andes where it bubbles up from natural springs, resulting in a pure, mineral-rich salt that is a perfect balance to our zero sugar dark chocolate.
Is it Organic?
All of the cacao used in our chocolate is certified organic, meaning that no harmful pesticides, insecticides or other chemicals are used in the growing and processing of the cacao.
Where does the chocolate come from?
Our certified organic cacao is grown in the San Martin region of Peru.
