- If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days.
What Can Be Returned?
- We accept returns on all products—opened, unopened, used, or unused.
- We simply ask that the items be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase or your order number is required so we can locate your order.

Life happens, and sometimes 30 days simply isn't enough.
If you're outside our 30-day return window, please don't assume we can't help. Reach out to us anyway. We'll gladly review your situation on a case-by-case basis, and if there's a fair solution, we'll do everything we can to make it happen.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we've made a mistake with your order or the product arrived damaged.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and process your refund as quickly as possible.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 7 business days.
- Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we've sent the wrong item, please let us know as soon as possible. We'll make it right.

Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, simply return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order whenever you're ready.
